AsaMo｜Matrix Calculator Terms of Use
This page is written in both English and Japanese. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, or discrepancy between the English version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use apply to the use of the mobile application "AsaMo" provided by no-title.
By downloading, installing, or using AsaMo, the user is deemed to have reviewed and agreed to these Terms of Use.
If the user does not agree to these Terms of Use, the user should not use AsaMo.
About the App
AsaMo is a simple educational and productivity support app for basic matrix calculations, saving matrices, viewing calculation history, and exporting matrices for use with LaTeX and external AI services.
AsaMo does not automatically transmit matrices, calculation results, or generated text to external AI services.

The function for external AI services only generates, displays, copies, or shares text in a usable format. AsaMo does not itself send questions, matrices, or calculation results to an AI service.
Local Storage
Matrices entered by users, saved matrices, calculation results, calculation history, settings, and related data may be stored locally on the user's device. Unless otherwise stated, such locally stored data is not intentionally transmitted to or stored on servers controlled by the developer.
This handling may change in future versions if new functions such as cloud synchronization, backup, account features, analytics, AI-related communication functions, or other online functions are introduced. If such functions are introduced, the Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use will be updated as necessary.
Advertising
AsaMo uses Google AdMob and may display banner advertisements, rewarded advertisements, and other advertisements.
Certain functions may become available after the user views a rewarded advertisement. The conditions and duration of availability may vary depending on the app version and function.
Advertisements or rewarded advertisements may not be available due to network conditions, advertising inventory, device settings, region, consent status, or circumstances relating to third-party advertising services.
The content, destination, availability, and safety of advertisements are provided or managed by advertising service providers or advertisers. The developer does not guarantee the content, quality, legality, or availability of advertisements, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Disclaimer
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, security, non-infringement, or error-free operation.
Calculation results, saved data, exported data, generated outputs, histories, displays, and related functions may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, unintended outputs, or data loss. Users are solely responsible for independently reviewing, verifying, backing up, and deciding whether to use any results or data.
The developer is not responsible for loss, corruption, deletion, inability to recover, leakage, unauthorized access, device failure, synchronization failure, or any other trouble relating to locally stored data, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising from or related to the use of, inability to use, reliance on, or malfunction of the app.
Third-Party Services
AsaMo uses third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Play.
Information processed by such third parties is handled in accordance with their respective terms, privacy policies, and technical specifications.
AsaMo currently does not use any external AI service or AI API that automatically transmits users' matrices, calculation results, or generated content.
If a user copies, shares, or enters content generated in AsaMo into an external AI service or another app, use of that service is governed by the terms of use and privacy policy of the service selected by the user.
Except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the developer does not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for responses, outputs, processing, data handling, availability, accuracy, security, or any other acts or omissions of third-party services.
Google LLC and other third-party service providers are not affiliated with, and do not endorse or sponsor, AsaMo except in their capacity as service providers.
Changes to the App and These Terms
The developer may change, add, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the app's functions, content, advertisements, or services when reasonably necessary.
These Terms of Use may be updated as needed due to changes in app functions, third-party services, laws, regulations, store policies, or operating policies.
The updated Terms of Use take effect when published on this page or otherwise presented in the app.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any dispute arising from or related to the app shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Japan.
